Reception service
Our reception is open 24 hours a day – whether you arrive late, have a question, or just need a friendly smile. Here you will find all the important information about our hotel as well as numerous tips on sights, excursion destinations, and restaurants in the area. Our team knows the best recommendations for your stay – from cozy cafés to regional gourmet addresses.
Check-in
Your room will be available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to check out by 11 a.m.
Luggage service
For your convenience, we also offer free luggage storage – ideal if you arrive before check-in or want to spend some time in Worms after check-out.
Four-legged guests are also very welcome here!
We know that dogs are part of the family – and that’s exactly why they should feel just as comfortable here as their owners.
So that we can prepare for your stay perfectly, please let us know before your arrival if you would like to bring your dog with you. This will allow our reception to organise everything necessary – from the right room allocation to little extras that will make your faithful companion’s stay even more enjoyable.

Adjacent to our breakfast restaurant is a small parlour furnished in the style of a cosy wine bar. Here you can enjoy your breakfast in a quiet, authentic atmosphere – perfect for those who prefer a little more privacy.

Our extensive breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired and offers something for every taste – even allergy sufferers, vegetarians and vegans are well catered for:

We offer a special service for our cycling enthusiasts:
A cycle battery charging cabinet with personal lockers is available in our roller door-secured garage. Here you can charge your batteries safely and conveniently. Each compartment can be locked individually with a PIN code.
Your bicycles are well protected in our camera-monitored garage, allowing you to enjoy your stay without any worries.
